Iliac Glute Max Biased Drop Lunge

Setup Cues:

  • Toe turned in 15-20 degrees
  • Leg adducts (knee in) toward midline
  • Hinge forward at the hips as you step back
  • Step across, directly behind the front foot
  • The hip shifts, but the pelvis does not rotate. It is NOT a curtsy lunge
  • When adding weight, keep it in front of you
  • If only loading one side, load the side of the front leg
