Tricep Cross Cable Pressdown

Setup Cues:

Find your short position for the long head of the triceps
Set the cable height so the cable will be in line with the arm
Set the shoulder and upper arm first
Create tension in the upper back to fix the shoulder joint in place
Extend the elbow
Think about pulling the triceps up your arm in the short position
Keep the upper arms back as you flex the elbow
Stop the elbow flexion before your forearm is in line with the cable
